I noticed results in just one application. I was surprised because I've had many chemical peels at the dermatologist so I felt skeptical about what a home product could really deliver. I applied steps one and two prior to bedtime, and in the morning, I did see minor improvement with my melasma which is amazing as it is very dark and stubborn. No, it is not gone by any means, but I do see minor improvement which is rare with any product, even peels.

I have had eczema for years along with acne. As I got older into my 30s, I had dry skin yet oily along with combination skin. Hot mess. Simple: Vanicream face wash and these pads every other day ( for two months to once a week) starting week three. No need for lotion on face (all creams break me out) . I am an exercise instructor so obviously I sweat a lot! The Dr. Dennis Gross extra strength Alpha/Beta peel packets keep my skin deep cleaned and exfoliated, so I don’t break out, before I used these I broke out much more than I do now, so I use them at least 3 times a week with great results!
