I was referred this mask by my local beauty store, and I’m so glad I gave it a try! It’s definitely different from ordinary masks, you have to mix the ingredients, then it becomes a “thick” paste like product that reminds me of melted plastic, without the smell! You have to apply it quickly because it does dry fast which makes it hard to smooth onto your face, I found using my fingers were a lot easier than the provided stick. But after, my face felt very smooth and moisturized, I definitely recommend this product for instant hydration!!

I wanted to love this product but was immediately turned off by the packaging, insanely wasteful. I did not mind the do it yourself approach of mixing 2 formulas into a small plastic cup but the application was clumsy: you cannot really use their spatula, and the sticky formula sticks to your fingers wasting a lot of product. If you spread it too thin, you will battle to take it off. If it goes into your hair or your brows, you are in trouble. The results are OK. You see that you just had a treatment of sorts but there is no WOW effect. A B- for a brand that is doing a lot better elsewhere.

I found this mask to be difficult to apply. It got all clumpy and so the coverage was not complete. It did not just "lift off" as the instructions suggested and I had to rinse and apply a washcloth to get it all off. The mask left my skin feeling a bit softer but not noticeably so. Will not be purchasing again.
