My new favorite mascara
I absolutely love every Dr. Hauschka product I have tried, so I was super excited to find this mascara. It creates great volume and goes on smoothly. It is NOT water/smudge-proof, but that's not what I need. I think my eyelashes look better than ever, and I have used several brands that were more expensive and well-known perhaps.

Mostly love it!
This mascara really creates full and separate lashes. Better than any drugstore or high end brand I've ever used. Only downside is if I use it on my lower lashes, I always get raccoon eyes. Otherwise, 2 coats do the trick and it washes off easily.

Doesn't stay on lashes
I started using this and like a lot of new mascaras, when it's fresh it is gloppy and hard to apply evenly. I have to apply very lightly and even then it clumps. PLUS it doesn't stay on lashes. In an hour you I looked like a raccoon. If that's the look you're going for, this is the mascara for you!

Burns eyes, doesn’t stay put
In the 25 years I’ve been wearing mascara, I’ve never had a brand burn my eyes when the wand gets close to them. This certainly does that, and smells very strongly of rubbing alcohol. Alcohol is the third ingredient, & I am not surprised. In addition, it comes off easily and was smudging down my face at noon. As a nurse during Covid, I’m not even touching my eyes...
