Very Disappointed

I’m not disappointed with the product itself The packaging is a nightmare. Ableism in the packaging - and the beauty industry- makes it so hard for me to use this. It’s small, the pump doesn’t work. It did not prime. I had to open it to see if anything was in the tube. I then scratched my fingers on the corner edges of the tube - rather sharp. I do not like getting air in retinol products or any for that matter. I have not been able to use this cream consistently enough to tell if it is helping my skin. It certainly is hydrating. It is just very poorly designed and very much a waste of my time and money.
