Shake it out!
To get this liquid out of the bottle correctly, you have to shake it into your hand. I can’t imagine anyone waiting for it to slowly drip out. So remember what Taylor Swift sung and “shake it up.” But once I shake it up…the essence leaves my skin feeling like it does when I’ve applied hyaluronic acid gel to my skin, so I’m guessing that’s the ingredient responsible for how soft this feels on my face. I use it in between AM and PM, right before I do a two-part hydrogel mask in the early evening. I do have a big issue with the odor, however. It smells like Aussie hairspray I used in the late 1980s, it’s just terrible. How has no one complained about this yet? Maybe folks are just returning it and not saying anything, it smells so powerful. I’m using the product frequently to reduce my use of B5 gel and when it’s used up I won’t be repurchasing it because there are people very sensitive to minor odors, and I’m not really one of them. But I am a “super smeller” so even a little odor I smell very strongly…and the odor of this essence is just icky, it’s what I’d deem “British industrial floral.” Using it, I usually first feel like I have sticky hairspray on my skin, so I only use it after washing my face after work—it doesn’t get pride of place in my morning or evening routine. And this lovely feeling essence goes under a mask in the early evening, but never under expensive serums.

Hydrating, non-irritating
Good product with a nice smell. Hydrates, but doesn't irritate my skin. I appreciate at the bottle is glass, not plastic. However, I wish the product came out of the bottle a little faster. Perhaps a different top. It's not particularly slow, but I like everything to be really fast when I'm getting ready to go. It just takes me a few extra seconds, but I'm a busy person that I want my beauty routine to be quick as possible.

I really like this… after using it for more than a week I definitely foresee this becoming part of my routine. I like simple routines and adding a step is always hard for me but I feel this is improving my skin. I don’t have many skin complaints outside of a slight sensitivity and a dislike for heavy creams and fragrance but this makes my skin feel good and ready for daily moisturizer.

This product has made such a difference in my skin! I use it daily now after I wash my face. Shake the bottle to activate then dap it on your fingers and gently apply on face and neck. It really adds moisture plumps and tightens my face and neck. I use a moisturizer on top of it because I have drier skin and I am 57 years old. I can really see a big difference when I look in the mirror! I will not be without this product!
