Very light and gentle
Love this product! If I had to find anything wrong, I would say I wish it were a bit richer, but, It goes on so nicely and looks great under my foundation, as well as under the Elta tinted sunscreen. My skin is SO sensitive, and this product is wonderful for it.

I have been so impressed by this moisturizer, having had oily skin in the past I used to avoid moisturizer. But now I am over 50 and I use this all the time without it feeling like too much or too little. I use it under sunscreen as well.

This moisturizer is perfect for my combination, acne-prone skin. A little goes a long way! It is nice and light, and keeps my skin hydrated without causing it to feel oily or greasy. After one month of use it has improved skin tone, soothed irritation, not clogged pores. The folks at EltaMD were very careful in helping me find a product that meets my skin’s needs and also meets my needs for gluten free products—while many of their products don’t contain gluten ingredients, they took the time to make sure this particular product was also made on a dedicated gluten free line. Good for layers
I have sensitive skin and use serums before putting on moisturizer. Skin recovery is a light moisturizer that works great with layering of serums,, sunscreen, primer etc. and prevents skin from irritation. I think it is a winner.
