Gentle but not life changing
I have used this for a few weeks now, usually every night/every other night. I do notice the cotton ball comes off dirty when I use it after cleansing if I have been out all day or wearing make up. It feels mild and doesn’t sting or dry my face out. If anything, it helps my face retain moisture when it is dry. I still have breakouts/dull areas, so this product isn’t a miracle. I’m happy enough with it that I might by it again or try something new. Other Elta MD products I use are: AM and PM moisturizer and facial sunscreen

I’ve been using this toner for 3 weeks. Not sure I will buy again. I didn’t feel a difference adding this to my routine. I do have sensitive skin. The fact that it did not break me out is a PLUS. However, will try a rose toner next time to compare.

This toner is so gentle and I want to say it is like a liquid serum. I splash it all over my face, neck & décolleté. I follow with the Recovery Serum & Clear SPF 46. I see a difference. I am searching for an unbelievable moisturizer for my neck, lol. I have some serious sun damage on the right side of my neck. I feel the Recovery Toner followed with serum is absorbed I stead of sitting on the skin.

Smooth skin at last
I've had some texture, small bumps on my cheeks for years now. It was only visible in sunlight but I hated it and, despite regular exfoliation, nothing made it better.
