Blends well enough for a mineral product
I tried to only use mineral sunscreens, I have yet to find a body sunscreen without the whiteness. But this is decent and offers good protection.

I bought this product when I was going on a swimming vacation where I’d be in the open ocean for hours each day. It definitely protected me, but I don’t think it’s a good product for every day use. Any of the other Elta MD 50 SPF products would be better for every day.

I needed a good zinc sunscreen that would withstand the Florida heat and sweat. This water resistant sunscreen provides protection and doesn’t come off when sweating. The only downside is it is thicker and leaves more of a white cast than my other zinc sunscreens.

Good but leaves a white cast
I use this on my face for workouts because I find chemical sunscreens make my face red. I am pale and this still leaves an obvious white cast. I don't mind it for workouts but would not use as an everyday sunscreen. I do not like it on the body because I feel like it stains my clothes and is hard to rub in. It works well for the purpose I am using it for and may repurchase it but I only use it on the face for running and biking.

Really good sunscreen
I first tried this sunscreen as a sample from another purchase. I have fair skin that burns and peels. I’ll try anything with a higher SPF rating. I’ve learned that just getting a higher number doesn’t guarantee a good sunscreen. A different brand had 100 SPF and I had a terrible reaction. I like this for my face which is very sensitive. I took off one star because the whiteish tinge to my skin makes me look like an aging movie star trying to reclaim her glory. Mostly I don’t care because I want the protection. But it’s pretty hard to rub all the way in. Almost perfect.

Great Protection But Difficult to Blend
This mineral sunscreen is a great summer staple for when you don't have time to pre-apply. My dermatologist highly recommends this brand, and this product in particular. My only complaint is that it goes on white and resists blending in - you really have to work at it. I have the small bottle of the clear for my face and it blends in great. Wish it was available in a larger size for whole-body use.
