Best sunscreen!
I have been using this sunscreen for a few years now and it is the only sunscreen that does not break me out! It is lightweight and I feel, great as a base for makeup. I would highly recommend!

Didnt work on my face
Id tried another eltamd spf before (with Hyaluronic acid) and had liked it very much. This one is great in terms of application and consistency (no stickiness, white cast, shine, etc), but after a few seconds my face turned red. I continued using it on my neck and chest, but it reacted badly on my face everytime. Dont know why, because it contains the same ingredients of another sunscreen Id bought and that one was fine. Probably just my body chemistry. Love the eltamd sunscreens though and would continue buying the others!

EltaMD UV clear SPF 46
I had this sunscreen recommended to me by a dermatologist. It does the best job of giving my skin sun protection without creating new acne breakouts for me. I even tried another name-brand product, only to switch back to this product. Although it is pricey, it does last a whole year for me as a little goes a long ways.

almost great
i like that this sunscreen is not overly greasy, however the problem may be that over the course of the day, i find the layer of sunscreen gets pretty dry, and i wonder if that is preventing my skin from breathing, and causing it to clog. i have skin that is naturally oily, so i like to keep it well moisturized and in balance. over-washing or drying out my skin in the past has lead to acne, and i still have mild to moderate acne now, which improves if i keep my skin properly balanced and moisturized. i dont think the product itself clogs my pores at all, it is more that it makes it a bit dry and stiff towards the end of the day, which my type of skin does not like, and i have noticed bumps forming after a day of wearing this. i may try to remove the product in late afternoon and see if that helps.

Cheaper than my doctors office

The best sunscreen for Acne-prone skin!
About a year ago, I had an intense and painful acne breakout. Cystic-ance and all. I was put on antibiotics, which worked miracles. My sister, who works in a dermatology office, suggested this sunscreen. I use this sunscreen in the morning, and Retin-A at night. This sunscreen is the absolute best, and I never miss a day of protecting my skin! It is lightweight and helps reduce redness. I tried other products, but everything pales in comparison!

Best sunscreen
I like this sunscreen because it is clear and it doesnt leave that ugly white film on my skin, and its not sticky at all but it just feel like a really nice moisturizer. It has both UVA and UVB which is hard to find in US. I use it under my foundation and it is just the best sunscreen.

Great for acne prone skin
I am in my 20s and I suffer with adult cystic acne. It is difficult to find a facial sunscreen that feels lightweight on my oily acne prone skin. I was introduced to this product at a cosmetic dermatology spa in California where I get photofacials. Photofacials tend to increase your skins sensitivity to the harmful rays of the sun.
