I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SUNSCREEN FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! IT IS MOISTURIZING, WHICH IS GREAT FOR MY DRY SKIN, AND COMPLETELY PROTECTS MY PALE IRISH SKIN. I’VE TRIED SAMPLES OF OTHER BRANDS BUT IN MY OPINION NOTHING COMPARES TO ELTA MD!

Non-irritating, just right for daily use
I have the untinted version. I have dry skin and this feels like a regular lotion to me. It has a slightly dewy finish, which I don’t mind. There’s no sticky or filmy residue like many other moisturizers with sunscreen, so I use this daily when I don’t need water-resistant or sweat-resistant performance. It is invisible on my light-medium skin, which is important to me. My eyes are sensitive to certain sunscreen ingredients and to fragrance, but this product has not caused any irritation for me.

AMAZING SUNSCREEN
I am very happy with my purchase of ELTA MD UV Daily Broad Spectrum SPF 40. I have 2 other sunscreens by Elta MD (UV Clear & UV Elements) and was very happy with them. So, when I needed a sunscreen that included other skin care benefits (anti-aging) I knew ELTA MD would be a good first choice. I love that this sunscreen is moisturizing (Hyaluronic Acid) without being greasy. I was looking for a tinted sunscreen that would give me enough coverage that I wouldn’t have to wear foundation. It is not enough coverage to do that, but is very calming for my cheeks. The UV Elements is tinted and does give enough coverage to skip your foundation. If you are looking for a nice tinted sunscreen that will give you some moisture, this is the one. If you are looking for a tinted water-resistant sunscreen with thicker coverage (to skip the foundation) then UV Elements is the one. I have found that the 2 best choices for me is the UV Daily (on my cheeks) & the UV Clear (on my T-Zone). I will probably only use the UV Elements when going swimming because it’s water-resistant and cotains titanium dioxide (physical sunscreen). I prefer Zinc & Octonoxate (which is in UV Daily & UV Clear). It is hard to go wrong with ELTA MD. Their sunscreens are the only sunscreens that haven’t caused breakouts or irritation. EXCELLENT COMPANY!
