Disappointing product
I am disappointed in these 2 products and will not buy Elta MD sunscreen again. I was told by my dermatologist to use only mineral based sunscreens. I received a sample of Elta MD tinted sunscreen from LovelySkin which seemed to work well and I have ordered both it and the untinted product. They separate, coming out with a heavy cream and a smaller portion of clear liquid? The customer service rep at LovelySkin said these products were prone to "separation" and to shake the container. The container is a sort of canister and does not respond to "shaking" . LovelySkin replaced the tinted version. However, both the replacement (tinted) and the untinted versions both separate.

Prefer EltaMD UV Physical Broad Spectrum SPF 41 Tinted
I thought I would try something different but it was not my favorite, it did not seem to agree with my sensitive skin on my face. But plan to use it elsewhere. I definitely prefer EltaMD UV Physical Broad Spectrum SPF 41 Tinted , I’ve never had a reaction with this formula .

Not my fave
I love Elta products, just not this one. The tint is too orange-y for my freckled, Fitzpatrick 2 face. It's also much thicker than any other sunscreen I have tried, especially from Elta. It doesn't leave a white residue on me and it *is* good coverage, it's just too thick and sticky for me to use on my face every day. I will still use it though, obviously because I won't let it go to waste. Thinking my arms when it gets closer to summer.

I didn’t like this product. It was very thick and felt heavy. It does provide great coverage but I have aging acne prone skin and it was making it worse! I returned this product.

EltaMD does it again
EltaMD Glow for me was not a hit in my book. For me it went on to thick for my taste. It does what it says, but it goes on white. It does sink into your sink. I just do not like it. I tried another product of theirs, because they never disappoint, but I like my old time favorite.

Too dark and greasy
I like other EltaMD facial moisturizers but not this one. It’s color is dark for me and it leaves a greasy residue. I shine all day and I’m not a fan of that

Too pasty
I tried a sample first and thought I liked it, but when I bought the product it seemed different. I was expecting it to have a slight shimmer without looking greasy. I didn't notice any shimmer, the product is too pasty which takes effort to spread and I end up dragging/pulling my skin. I'm just going to use it up on my hands, but I won't be repurchasing.

Thick & hard to spread
This formulation is thicker and more difficult to spread around the skin compared to some of the other EltaMD sunscreens. I do like how it makes my skin look & how it looks under my makeup.

White cast

I prefer the daily broad spectrum SPF 40. It is very moisturizing. The glow is heavy and not as creamy.

UV Glow
Makes my face feel soft and covers my hyperpigmentation very well, but makes my face look more white then I would like from the zinc oxide! I would recommend this product for anyone suffering with hyperpigmentation though cuz it covers well!

Not My Favorite
I think EltaMD products are the best sunscreen products available and recommended by my dermatologist. However, I was very disappointed in the new "Glow" product. It was hard to apply and I didn't see any "glow" to it. I returned it and LovelySkin was kind enough to refund. It's the one and only product I've returned and I will continue to use the regular sunscreen, either untainted and tinted, daily, and order from LovelySkin.

Don’t really like the consistency of this & I use the Elta products as my skincare regimen. This product just doesn’t apply well & does not absorb well. Trust me.
