Nice Product
While I can't say I think this product fills in lines, it is a nice weight and absorbs nicely to moisturize any dry area on your face including under your eyes. It's the size of a thick pen so I carry it in my makeup bag when I am out for a long day or night out and want to have a quick touch up.

Hydrating with a Little Plumping
I really like the Eminence Organics Hibiscus Instant Line Filler. It is instantly hydrating with a little plumping, but it is not an instant line filler. It has taken several weeks of morning/night use to see noticeable results with my lines. The product does take time to work, so you must be patient with it!
