The cream seems effective, and the ball feels really good. My only wish is that the cream did not come out of the sides of the ball to apply. I feel uncomfortable pressing something squirting something so close to my eye so instead I squirt it onto my finger and gently apply and then use the ball to roll it on evenly.

The reason I only gave the product 4 stars is because I would like to use this product in the morning before I apply my makeup. This eye cream feels great going on because of the cool roller ball! You don't need much of the product to cover your eye area and I had a bit of trouble at first pressing out the right amount. I use this in the mornings when my eyes feel either sunken-in or puffy. The little roller seems to always stay cool and you only need the tiniest amount of product. I gently roll under the eye from the inner corner to the outer corner a few times. After, I always look more awake.
