I used this product, but didn't notice any significant benefits from it. It was just fine and could feel good about using it knowing the Eminence quality, but haven't reordered.

Still undecided - will wait to use again in the Spring
I purchased this product after loving the sample. However, after prolonged use, my skin became dry and itchy. It could be due to several things. As just said - prolonged use might have caused the dryness due to the charcoal's effect of absorbing sebum. I thought the blackberry oil would offset the charcoal effect - perhaps not. Also, it could be the change in weather. I live in the Midwest, and when the heat is used as winter approaches, my skin becomes more dry. Another concern: I think the manufacturers would have considered this: but can the charcoal enter skin pores and make them appear darker? Hmmmm. Now, I will place this product in a drawer and bring it out in the Spring for another try. Until then, I will continue to use a serum from a different brand - it seems to add the moisture my skin needs in the winter. I appreciate LovelySkin providing a coupon with samples just for cases like this one.
