Not for use under makeup, no difference to dark circles

I haven't seen any change in my dark circles and not to mention, terrible for under makeup. It smells and feels nice, but given lack of results and performance would not recommend. I have to use another product when applying makeup. I'm disappointed I spent so much on a skin care product that I'm not seeing any results and now not using.
