I received a sample of this cleansing oil and fell in love with it! As a long-time user of oil for cleansing, I found this a step above the cosmetic-grade olive oil I have used for years. Perfect for mature skin
I’ve always stayed away from oils because I had such oily skin my entire adult life. That is until I entered my 60’s! Favorite Cleansing Oil
I love the texture of this cleansing oil on my skin! I use it as part of a double cleanse at night and by itself in the morning. It doesn't strip the skin and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated. Love the sent! Works great as a 10 minute mask when my skin is dry.

I love how it smells, it's very therapeutic; however, it doesn't get the job done. It is heavy and oily but it doesn't remove makeup all the way, it does leave a residue of oiliness and makeup. I think it is best to stick with a gentle cleanser that removes makeup after the second wash. I think this cleansing oil is okay but if you want something like a heavy oil-base masque that you leave on for a few minutes and massage your face, but not for a quick face wash makeup remover. Kind of disappointed with this product

Nice cleanser
This is a nice pre-cleanse cleanser, but to me, it is a bit heavy, and a little thicker/oilier than other cleansing balms/oils that I use. I feel like Eminence has changed the ingredients or something. It does have a beautiful scent, and will definitely remove sunscreen and sunblock, but a second cleanse (a cleanser that has a foamy lather) is definitely required, I think, so that my face doesn’t feel so greasy.
