Great for eczema skin
This barrier cream works great on eczema rashes. It’s hydrating, but it has a fragrance that I don’t care too much for and would be better if fragrance-free. So, I use Epionce Medical Barrier cream instead. It’s my favorite cream for dry skin. Keeps my skin moisturized, there’s no fragrance, and it doesn’t irritate or burn my sensitive skin.

It does create a barrier
This does work, but leaves a film that may bother some people. I dont mind that at night, so I will use it after my evening shower, but I wont use it during the day. I have extremely dry skin, especially on my shins.
