I just started using the Epionce MelanoLyte Pigment Perfecting Serum about 2 weeks ago so it's a little early to tell so I gave it 4 stars. I use it at night before the MelanoLyte TX and wait the 5 minutes before using other products as stated. It goes on smooth and does not irritate my combo skin. I use several of the Epionce products. My sun spots are getting a little lighter. My pores are not as small as I would like but I will keep using the other Epionce products for that issue.

I've been using this serum for roughly three months along with the Melanolyte TX for some very light melasma, a few acne scars and some freckles. I haven't seen much improvement as of yet, but I do like that the products go on smoothly, a little bit goes a long way, and they don't cause me to break out. I think more time is needed to know if it works so I plan to finish the whole product and if it does work, I will definitely purchase again!

Pretty good depending on types of spots
I've tried a lot (A LOT) of lightning products the past couple years. I have acne scars (recently acquired as an adult) and my very fair skin has a ton of sun spots. I could cry about the amount of money I've spent hoping and hoping each magical product would help... From what I've tried this one actually does seem be the best! It's no miracle, but the sun spots are faded for sure. (Do not expect to see any noticeable result for at least 3 weeks.) It looks like I'll be left with some, but they are lighter for sure. (Darker skin tones may have more luck with complete disappearance?) What this did not help with at all is the red acne scar discoloration. I honestly don't even think it's faded.

I have issues getting rid of melasma I acquired as an adult. My derm has been frustrated on how difficult it has been after trying so many things. I had a major cosmelan peel late last year and when I got off the series of hydroquinone got on this serum from Epionce to help transition since I knew there was a high chance of the melasma coming back. It has done well on my skin even though the melasma came back however, not as serious as before. So, it has helped but not to keep all of it away.

I use this before I apply the Melanolyte Tx. It seems to make my complexion brighter but not sure if it helps with PIH just yet. Perhaps with diligent and continued use, I will see a marked difference. It smells good and absorbs well.
