Definitely a Thickener!
Don’t know how much of a lash conditioner the Glo Skin Beauty Lash Thickener and Conditioner is ‘cause I probably won’t use it continuously to find out—much too gloppy for my moderately long but minimally thick lashes. I will use it whenever I use mascara but will not repurchase.
