Best Eye Shadow
I have now purchased three palettes. Great colors. Rich pigment. Little fallout. But what I like the most is the shimmer is not 16-year-old girl shimmer. It is subtle and pretty. The pans are big too. I threw out all my MAC, Nars etc because these are that good.
