Helpful for scalp eczema
I purchased this to help with a lot of flaking and extreme scalp dryness related to eczema. I have reduced itch and flaking despite this shampoo containing ingredients my dermatologist suggested I avoid. It has a synthetic fragrance that I don't care for, but it doesn't seem to bother my scalp and doesn't hang around for too long after my hair dries. I will continue to use it.

Dandruff
I bought this for my dandruff but I think my scalp is too oily and wasn’t right for me. This might be more for someone with dry irritated scalp.
