My doctor recommneded
I have a lot of pre-cancers on my face and chest. I've done chemo cream on my chest and blu -u for my face multiple times. I use a medical derm (not a beauty derm) and even she says the data shows this can help slow my pre-ks however, she states...."you just have to take so much of it" if you deep dive you will see you need to take 4 pills a day if you are using it to stave off the pre-cancers but I do it to to reduce the frequency of chemo cream and blu -u. I experience no side effects and if you buy it when it is on sale on LovelySkin - you can save money.

Another layer of protection
When I asked a fair skinned red headed friend of mine who is always outside and never gets a sunburn or tan what her secret was she said Heliocare and sunscreen. She said she has been using them for 5 years. I asked my Dermatologist about them and she said “they offer another layer of protection equates to about an 8 SPF”. She said is you are out in sun everyday take two each day. She said if you are only outside on occasion (like her she was white as a sheet) then on the day you will be outside take about 3x that.

The advanced is better than the regular. It is doctor recommended. I feel very confident on those days I am required to be out in the sun after taking this. I have not experience even a hint of a burn since using this along with daily sunscreen. This product is gentle on the gut. I have not ever had any adverse reaction or upset stomach upon taking this product. I have taken it both with and without food. No issues. I use on and around any periods when on vacations or know I will have long days with sun exposure. This is alway in my cabinet.
