Great supplement!
Iv’e been taking this supplement for about two years. My skin is very fair and I’ve had one instance with a basal cell that needed to be removed. Having read the reviews for this product, I gave it a try. I started only taking one pill a day and noticed that I did not burn in the sun as quickly. After re-reading the directions, I began taking two of these a day and within a week, I noticed a difference in my hair and skin. My hair is thicker and my skin seems more moisturized. I would recommend this supplement. I have had annual dermatology skin checks and have not had any more issues going forward.

Preventing Sun Damage
Heliocare Advanced was recommended by my dermatologist after I experienced basal cell and squamous cell cancer spots on my arms and legs. I grew up on the beaches of Long Island and live in Southern California. I love the outdoors for the beach, gardening, hiking, walks, concerts, etc., and am constantly in the sun. I do use sunblock, but it's never 100%. Heliocare definitely has lessened the amount of suspicious spots on my body.

I think this actually helps prevent skin cancer
I’ve had 9 skin cancer surgery’s over the past 15 years. My Dermatologist recommended taking Heliocare many years ago which I’ve been taking ever since. I used to have at least a biopsy taken every 6 month check up….it’s been 2 years now and I haven’t had any biopsy’s taken. I think Heliocare has something to do with that!
