In my arsenal of skin-protecting products
These pills are all natural and seem harmless (the company eliminated the previous dyes), and seem like one more barrier against the sun. I burn super easily, so this seems worth it to me, at least in the summer, at less than 50 cents per day (even less when the product is on sale). If you are sun-sensitive and can afford to spend a little bit more each day to prevent sun damage, I would recommend this supplement for the summer or if you live in a sunny climate.

I was told about this product by my dermatologist. It is helpful in protecting the skin from sun exposure. It does not replace sunscreen but provides extra protection from the sun. It is very easy to swallow. Living in Florida makes me all the more aware of potential sun damage.

Great natural product
I am one of those people that gets "sun bumps" (rash) that tend to last all summer, are uncomfortable and ugly. Since I have been taking these, I don't burn and NO bumps! We are boaters, and if we will be in the sun all day, I take one in the morning and another around mid-day, along with a good mineral/zinc sunscreen. I no longer need to be a hermit in the shade all day!

Sun damage

I'm a melanoma survivor. My skin is very sensitive, and I avoid direct sunlight as much as possible. No trips to the beach for this guy. excellent healer/protection from laser and sun
My doctor recommended I take these pills 2x/day after I got burned from a facial laser, as it would also help protect me from the sun. I've continued to take it regularly as sun protection, in addition to sunscreen. She also has my son using it as he is fair-skinned and burns easily.
