Sun spots
I read about this product for additional sun protection and possible reduction of sun spots. I do notice that my skin is looking better, but I have also been using a serum. It may be the combination of the both, but my skin is smoother and the spots do appear lighter. I have been using this for over a month and have already re-ordered another bottle.

I found getting the 3 bottle special was a great deal.. I take it once a day in the morning ... it's one of those things that's not visible if it works or not and you just hope that it does do what it says it does.. because I need all the protection I can get ( Florida sun is brutal ) I still put sunscreen on just to be on the safe side..

It's hard to tell if these pills really help with sun protection, but after attending a talk by a dermatologist who uses them, I thought I would use them at least during the summer months for extra sun protection. Having had skin cancer, I try and take as many precautions as possible to protect my skin. I take one pill every day as the directions state. It's hard to rate something like this because it is an internal help against sun damage.

Nice Idea
I take these on days when I know I'll be golfing or hiking or doing something outside for an extended period. I live in San Diego where the sun can be brutal. I haven't had any adverse reactions but I don't know if I would burn without the pills either. My dermatologist sells these in her office, so I trust that they are beneficial.

Since I've taken these pills to guard against sunburn, I haven't gotten any sunburn and I'm in the sun everyday. I play tennis and swim in an outdoor pool and I simply take a pill half hour before the activity and apply appropriate sunscreen and I don't worry snout getting over exposed to the sun. Extra security is worth it
I take one pill daily as recommended by my dermatologist. Can't really tell if it helps since i am now using sunscreen faithfully. I take one of these pills everyday in the summer and 2-3 if I'm going to be spending the day in the sun. I am not sure if they work but I think they are worth a try. If there was more studies/conclusive evidence I would give them 5 stars but I don't read about these too often.

I bought these for a plethora of reasons. My boyfriend went for his 10 day Hawaii(2nd home) visit and I couldnt take one more sunburn. Also, I love the antioxidant properties. I have been trying to tone down my sun exposure while taking these pills so it is hard to say if they work. I havent had any side effects from them which is good. They are easy to take which is nice. I have not noticed any improvement in my skin as far as anti-aging goes so it is difficult to say if these pills do anything.

Good product but it could be better
Polypodium leucotomos has helped me protect my fair skin from the sun I need every little bit of protection I can get. But another product called Sunsafe Rx works better. It has the same polypodium extract but also a number of other natural antioxidants that have also been shown to protect from UVA/UVB. Plus it doesnt have colors/dies or titanium. But regardless, this helps if you want a cheaper product.
