I just started using collagen supplements - and I started with HUM. I am not a vegan - so using Bovine is OK (not great) but my vegan kid and vegetarian partner would need a pure veggie option. So far - so noticeable difference - but I need to use these faithfully for a FULL MONTH (or three) before I make a final determination. Some of the HUM products I love, others are overpriced versions of the stuff I can get at a drugstore. Choose wisely - and buy on sale. Oh, and I ONLY buy from lovelyskin - the HUM website tries to sign you up for auto-ship and that is NOT how I roll. I love you, lovelyskin.com!!! (Dr. S!)

Hard To Tell
I really like this vitamin line. That being said, I've been taking it for 6 months and can't tell the difference but I'm not sure anyone. Sometimes it just hard to tell. I'll continue it for another 6 months and then see what's occurs thereafter.
