When I take HUM Moody Bird regularly (especially during the second half of my cycle), I am able to handle my moods. Because I was feeling so good for several months, I decided not to take it one month. BIG mistake. I curled up into a ball and sobbed more than once the week before my period that month. Lighten my Mood
I wanted a vitamin that would help my monthly period moodiness. I read a lot of positive reviews on Moody Bird and thought I give it a try. It’s been a month in and I do notice a difference in my mood while I’m PMS ing. I’m not as edgy and irritated like I was. I do think it works.
