I use this whenever I have some blemishes. It works well whenever I have a blemish after i've had some zits. Yes, at my age, I still have zits! They go away really fast and my skin is clear again.

Works fast
Finally something without glycolic or salicylic acid, or castor oil, which I tend to react to. Lactic acid and sulfur are my friends. I use this in my T-zone and spot treatment as needed. Works very fast.

Works ok but very drying
I have mature skin but unfortunately still get pimples. This serum did reduce the size of a new blemish if caught right away but was very drying. This would probably work better for someone with younger and/or oilier skin.
