Not as good
I bought these pillow covers several years ago. (Like 10) and am still using them. They still feel as good as when I bought them. But they are looking dingy so I wanted new ones. The new pillow covers are not the same density of the cover or as satin feeling as my old ones. If you never had the old ones, you wouldn't know the difference. Just feel like the quality as gone down.

Alternated between regular pillow and the Iluminage and can discern a difference in 3 days. Sleeping on a regular pillow, I woke up with furrows, grooves and long lasting wrinkles sleeping on the Iluminage, minimal wrinkles. Most people comment on how wrinkle free my skin is. Iluminage pillow case with copper oxide
I have used this pillow for about three months and I do like it, but Im not sure it makes a huge difference in facial wrinkles. It feels so smooth on your face at night and I will say that the "sleep wrinkles" on my face as not as deep as they usually were. But it probably does not permanently take away wrinkles, they are just not as prominent on your face in the am. I plan to keep using it as it feels wonderful on your face. I dont think it does much to reduce wrinkles. What I am sure of is that it has an extremely nice feel to the skin,much softer than a regular pillow case and from this point of view it must be much better in every sense from less rubbing to less marks on the face to a much pleasurable sensation. And actually my rating is 3&1/2 not 3
