I really like this serum. I have combination skin. Many serums are far too oily for my skin. For the most part, this one is not. I just try to stay away from the most oily parts of my skin when I apply it. I love the sweet orange scent. A little goes a long way.

I have been using Vital C for about 10 years now. It goes on easily and has a wonderful orange scent. Even when I am not putting on "all" my facial products, I always put this one on. Image has upped the price over the years, but who hasn't? I'd rather pay less, and that is one reason I shop with LovelySkin. Since I usually get about 2-3 months out of one bottle, it isn't that much higher than what you would pay for some higher end drug store brands. This was the first time buying this particular product for LovelySkin and I was pleased with the speed of delivery, price and the overall buying process. One thing I do not care for is the design of the bottle that Image has been using. They have changed the bottle more than a few times over the years, and it always seems like a worse design than the last.

The smell is amazing...
I first received a sample of Image Skincare Vitamin C cleanser and serum and really loved what it was doing for my skin. I decided to buy their products and went to their website for more information. They have a skin quiz there that suggested I but the vitamin c serum and the MAX cleanser instead of the vitamin C cleanser. I came back to LovelySkin to buy the products because I know I can count on them for great prices and service. I do love this serum but I don’t like it as much with the MAX cleanser. I think it works much better with vitamin C cleanser, which may be my favorite cleanser ever.

Hydrating and doesn't clog pores
I use this serum after cleansing and toning, before moisturizing and find that it adds an extra layer of hydration so my skin doesn't feel tight. I'm acne prone and am able to use this, which is also nice. I gave it four stars because I haven't really seen a difference in dark spots or brightening which I thought vitamin C was helpful for, but maybe it's preventing further damage.
