Good product but too expensive comparable to other similar products with the same or better results. The packaging to open is very difficult to remove, especially if you have arthritic hands.

No benefit seen yet but that is to be expected as I've only been using this for one week. The taste is good. I'll give it a try for a few months to see if there is any benefit, otherwise, if not I'll discontinue because of the price.
