About a week or so after I started taking this in the morning, I put it together that this is what was causing me severe bloating in the evening. When I stop taking it, the bloating stopped immediately. I reviewed the ingredient list and there seems to be fillers that could cause this. I have tried other hair supplements and had no problems.
