These vitamins were suggested to me by my dermatologist. However she said it was a commitment because they need time to work. I am only on my first bottle of 3 so I can't really speak to any results yet. Hopefully at the end of 3 months I will be able to report more. Fingers are crossed ....

I have been using these capsules for 6 months which were recommended by my dermatologist. I’ve always had thin hair so I didn’t expect good results, but I am surprised on the results so far. I am not losing any hair and baby hairs have been growing. Recommend this supplement for thin hair.

Great Hair Supplement
Have been taking these supplements continuously for about 5 months now and really notice a difference in hair health. In fact i had started last year and my hair got healthy so I stopped taking them. Over time noticed hair was not as healthy. Also really love they do not have megadoses of vitamins, so feel comfortable taking them long term. They don’t include any weird herbs that have not been cleared for long term use. No stomach distress either.
