Great tinted SPF!
I love Jan Marini and this SPF did not disappoint. The color is great and the texture is fabulous. I was concerned I'd break out but that didn't happen. Plus I'm generally very oily and this SPF did not make it worse which was a plus.

Great tinted SPF mosturizer
I've been using this tinted SPF moisturizer for over 5 years. It doesn't leave a white cast and it doesn't sting my eyes. There's no heavy scent. It gives light coverage for those of us who don't want medium to heavy coverage. The color seems to adjust to match my skin even better after a few minutes (I have light skin with yellow undertone). It blends very easily and doesn't feel oily or sticky. Sometimes I wear this under foundation and it's works well underneath. Doesn't pill, doesn't dry my skin, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

My Go-To Tinted Moisturizer
I don’t use foundation anymore, just this tinted moisturizer and pressed powder. I really like this product and have been using it for years.

Best Tinted Sunscreen
As a 'mature' woman, I have had years/decades of trying new "and improved" products, (which really means we found a way to make it more cheaply, nuts to you, consumer). Most were disappointments, or discontinued. I have just ordered my second tube of this tinted sunscreen. Expensive, yes (wait for a sale, if you can); but it's undoubtedly the best I have ever used. I have mild rosacea mostly on my cheeks, which reacts to almost everything except the mildest products. This sunscreen has no discernable scent, applies smoothly with fingers (I then smooth it out with a dry makeup sponge giving a matte appearance); lasts all day with no streaking; and can be combined with foundation for heavier coverage. Doesn't seem to clog pores, or cause irritation. My only complaint: very expensive for a 2-oz. tube.

my go-to product for this winter
First time purchase it. I have dry skin and the area where I live is very dry and windy during winter. After applying this product, I didn't feel any drying or shining on my face. It can actually fill some of my pores and even my skin color. The sunscreen blends with my fair to light skin very easily even it looks tinted from tube. It might get onto your mask if you take your mask on and off pretty frequently.

Best for active and outdoor lifestyle
I am 64 and only started wearing sunblock in my 40’s. My lifestyle is outdoors, hiking, surfing, swimming. I started wearing Jan Marini physical block about 5 years ago and was stunned when I really didn’t need to get out of the water to reapply. This is the ONLY block i have ever used that can withstand the warm, salty water and waves of Costa Rica where we spend half of the year. Add to that the fact that it is actually good for my skin, absorbs well, minimizes discolorations feels light, I can’t recommend it enough. I layer it everyday with their vitamin C serum. Five Star!

Bring back the old formula
This new version of the physical protectant is nowhere near as good as the old formula. The old formula had a refreshing scent, it was a thinner/smoother consistency that easily blended into your skin and it gave a dewy/glowy look to your skin. This new formula smells weird, maybe like sunscreen, it's thicker and does not blend into the skin as easily and it just doesn't have the same glowy/dewy look to it. It's a disappointment. Why in the world do companies mess with a good product? The old physical protectant was the best tinted sunscreen on the market and they discontinued it. SUPER. LAME.

Great sunscreen
I have rosacea as well as ocular rosacea which makes it very hard to find sunscreens that don’t cause irritation. I have tried 20 plus mineral sunscreens and Jan Marini Physical Protect SPF 45 is the first brand that didn’t cause cause my skin to burn or effect my eyes. This sunscreen doesn’t dry out your skin and does not migrate once it sets. I just can’t say enough about this sunscreen and how helpful it has been for me!

The BEST!
I LOVE this SPF lotion. I try to wear sunscreens with physical protection but have had a hard time finding one I like that doesn't feel heavy or oily- or rub off on my clothes. This is exactly what I was looking for and bought it based on other reviews. It goes on light, feels like just another moisturizer or serum, not a sunscreen. It doesn't rub off, but it does have a hint of color, so when I'm wearing white and applying it down on my neck and collar bone, I have to be careful around my neckline.

Love!
Love this stuff. Use it as a light base layer that provides a perfect amount of coverage with some of the highest SPF for a tinted moisturizer. On my second tube and will continue to buy. Add a little to my thicker foundation coverage in winter! Makes it easy to protect your skin from the sun!

I've been using this product for a number of years, best sunscreen for the face I've used. Great under makeup, no residue or chalkiness.

My favorite facial sunscreen
I tried several tinted sunscreens before finding one that is perfect for me. It''s pricier than some but worth it. The color matches my skin tone, it has a silky feel, is easy to blend and just gives my face a healthy glow. It also dries to a semi-matte finish which is good for oily skin. No breakouts with this sunscreen!

Go-to daily SPF
Product has a nice tint to it without leaving any streaks or my face feeling too greasy like sunscreen does, just a nice glow and primer to put foundation on top of. I use it everyday. I have acne-prone skin, this doesn’t clog pores or make me break out. Jan Marini has cleared up my acne completely.

Slight tint, I'd say, along the lines of a BB creme.
Love this product! I was looking to eliminate one step of my makeup routine, and JMPPSPF45 was the perfect solution. I now use this as a light base and sunscreen in one. With a fair, freckled complexion, I use very little makeup, but at 55, I find that the red and dark spots are bothering me. This product protects me from the sun and also gives me a nice blended look without all the weight of traditional makeup. Great results!!

Good sunscreen
I like this. I still prefer another one to this since I do find this one a little drying and too matte for my tastes. But it’s a very good sunscreen.
