I do not like the dispenser. You waste a lot o product using the dispenser with a cotton pad. I would love to have the toner in a spray bottle. My skin absorbs the toner up very fast. Helps prep skin for the absorption of other products. I recommend.

The Best Toner
I put off buying this for a long time thinking a toner is just a toner, there's not much difference in them. Then, I received this as a sample, and I now won't go without it.
