bad brush
The brush on the mascara is too large! Very difficult to avoid getting mascara on your skin. Mascara is lumpy also.

Disappointment
Sadly, this was not the right choice for me. The substance inside the container was thick and clumpy. The reason I purchased it in the first place was, because the sample size I really liked. I will not purchase again.

Mascara
There are definitely better mascaras on the market. I love JI products, but have yet to find a good mascara. This does not go on pretty, and has a tendency to clump. I have been in search of a good mascara since eye surgery and some tend to irritate my eyes. For me, this doesn't work good. When they clump and flake, they irritate my eyes. I have watched many videos on this and the users seem to have good luck, maybe I just got a bad batch. No, I will not be purchasing again.

Volumizing Mascara
I ordered this particular mascara as the longest lash thickening & lengthening brush mascara was just too large for my thin and sparse lashes. I do like the smaller thinner brush but it does seem clumpy and does not volumize as anticipated. Would not purchase again.

Lumpy & Clumpy
The applicator wand always comes out with lumps & clumps making application difficult. Best way I've found to get maximum use of this product is to insert the wand in a narrow neck Mabelline mascara tube to clean off lumps & clumps. Once the mascara is applied it looks nice and does not flake or smear. Needs vast improvement with the applicator/wand!

Very Disappointed
I was so looking forward to using this Mascara. I use the Jane Iredale lash conditioner which I just love, so I thought that combined with this mascara - it was going to be a no-brainer. Unfortunately, tried it several times, and this mascara went on very clumpy and gloppy. Huge bummer.
