Great Eye Pencil
I really like this eye pencil. It doesn't smear. I have sensitive eyes, and the eye pencil doesn't affect my eyes.

Not happy
The pencil is very hard and difficult to use. It did not soften up enough to use near my eyes. Very disappointing product.
