I like this blush stick more than powder blushes on my dry, aging face. Balmy is a deep pink-maroon color. Fevor is a light peach-pink. I wish that there was a light pink with a touch of peach cuz the only other two options miss the mark for me.

Application is Win for me
Since I am not a pro at applying blush of any type, this has been the charm. I have tried both ways, with a brush to smooth upward and also using finger tips, both seem to work. Colors are amazing and I have found stay on all day. I am in my 60's so this has boosted my confidence that I can get a glowy look on my cheeks.

Great formula but color range is lacking
I really like to formula and find it easy to apply by dabbing my brush on to the stick and then dabbing along my cheekbone. I have very fair skin and this allows me to apply in sheer layers to avoid the clown look. It also lasts all day. I purchased the color Balmy hoping for a berry mauve, but on my fair, cool olive skin, it pulls more reddish and appears warmer and not as subtle as I hoped. It isn't bad-just not what I wanted and there aren't any other options for me to try in this formula since all the other colors appear very warm except for Mist, and that has too much shimmer.

Fervor has a soft natural affect on my light to medium cool tone skin. When I first swiped it on, I wasn't so sure of the color. But, after blending in, it was nice for daily wear. I would like to try one with a bit more color such as balmy. I wish it stayed on longer, but overall I like it.

Blends easily
I've used Jane Iredale makeup for 17 years now. Since I'm now in my mid-60's, I've been using cream blush and I really like this new formulation. I have this blush in Mist and Enchantment and I like them both. Some reviewers have felt there's too much glitter in the blush but it doesn't seem to be a problem with the two shades I have. Maybe the formulation has changed a little since 2021... It blends easily and is buildable depending on how much you want to apply. I wish they would add a brownish shade that could be used as a contour!
