Hydrating base
I was interested in trying this product. After reading reviews regarding little color from this tint I chose one shade darker. I am glad I did as there is very little pigment. When I use more product there is perhaps slightly more color, but not much. I put on sunscreen before applying this serum. The serum provide a radiance and smoothing hydrating effect. It acts like a good primer due to slightly tackiness. Afterwards I bought Jane Iredale pure press base and amazing base to use over it for more pigment. This was the winning combination depending on which finish I wanted. It can be used alone as well if you want a fresh no makeup look.

This serum leaves my skin feeling firm and moisturized. I have combination skin, and this is neither too oily or too drying. The light pigment is a nice addition, sometimes I use it alone, sometimes with tinted moisturizer. Like this product a lot!

This looks like an update to Liquid Minerals that I’ve worn for years. As before, it’s wonderfully smooth and hydrating and gives a light tint to my skin. I used Liquid Minerals in Satin and shade 2 is a great match. If you liked Liquid Minerals, you’ll like this too.
