This SPF30 powder is an excellent way to provide protection. If a liquid base is used, it is a perfect finishing powder. If mineral makeup is used, it will tone down the iridescent effect with the added bonus of a sunscreen. The neutral shade can be reapplied as a touch-up without producing a heavy layered effect. It can be used over sunscreen, but if you use an SPF15, adding the powder does not mean you're getting 45. Remember to pull off the top...do not twist to open. The amount desired can be controlled by the applicator puff without releasing a "cloud" of powder. This is really a winner!
