Ineffective
I took this consistently for at least 3 years as recommended by my esthetician at the time. It was not effective at all controlling my adult acne. When I stopped using it there was no change in my skin for better or worse. It was extremely expensive and the results were disappointing.

Sounded great
I was very excited to try this product but wasn't able to take. Started with taking 2 pills a day but unfortunately had to stop taking after just 2 weeks or so. It made my face breakout and gave me headaches.
