Skin Complete - helps with everything
I have been taking this supplement for years, with occasional breaks for a few months here and there. When I don't take it, I notice a difference in my energy levels and my eyesight. Vitamin A is like a base vitamin that supports the absorption of all of the other vitamins so it is essential, but you have to take it in a natural form, like this one. I also love the antioxidant blend as I feel it gives good support in multiple ways. I don't pay enough attention to myself or my health, but I pay enough to be able to say that I prefer to take this as opposed to not taking it. Hope that makes sense!

I have been taking this as a supplement for around two weeks. I have seen a difference with improved texture and less dryness of my skin. The capsules are regular size and I like that they are two different colors so you don’t accidentally take the same capsule twice. I highly recommend it!
