Tastes great and noticeable skin difference

I’ve been consuming one of these drink mixes consistently for the past 3 months and have noticed a difference in my skin, despite my normal skin regimen. I’ve had less breakouts and noticed a nicer tone and glow to my skin. I have not gotten sick of the taste yet. I was skeptical at first but I noticed that it even makes my stomach feel really good after drinking this. I can even prolong eating in the morning if I’m in a rush or skip breakfast altogether. Sometimes the contents don’t dilute all the way and usually that’s because I didn’t shake it well enough. You really really have to vigorously shake it up in a hydra flask bottle or something heavy like that for at least 30 seconds or so for all the contents to break up evenly. I’ve noticed I have to mix it longer if I’m using water from the fridge vs. water at room temp.
