Sleep Inducer
A friend recently mentioned using lavender oil to assist in sleeping when I complained about dealing for years with tortuous insomnia. After using now for several weeks, I''d say this product is about 90% effective. Some nights one is just not going to sleep without prescription meds which I avoid. Nonetheless, 90% is a boon for most sleepless individuals.
