I ordered two more bottles as backs rock before I wrote this review, because I have a feeling this will be sold out frequently in the future. IT IS INCREDIBLE. I have long, blonde (colored), coarse, thick, wavy, dry, brittle hair. I’ve used another systems multipart “numbered” treatment for years and it did help some with the health of my hair. BUT K18?! A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL. I’ve used it 4 times (I only wash my hair every 7-10 days) in the last month and everyone keeps telling me how long and healthy my hair looks. It is slowly repairing my hair, and I will never be without this again. I’m going to use it one more time, and then will start alternating every other week between this and the other hair system. This is expensive, but it works. It’s the shiniest, healthiest and prettiest my hair has been in 20 years (when I started coloring my hair). This is truly a phenomenal product.

Actually delivers results
After much research and reading other people’s results I finally took the plunge. I have long, naturally curly, medium-thick hair that is compromised from hard water and use of color/highlights. I don’t wash my hair daily (hair stylist’s advice) so I wasn’t sure how long it would take to see/feel results. I have applied this 4 times now and have some observations. The mind-blowing part is this product is applied to shampooed/towel dried hair. You are NOT supposed to condition so the K18 can directly affect the hair shafts. Trust the process, it works. Even though my hair is extremely tangled without conditioner, it is easily detangled with a dollop of this product. I use a pump on each section, finger raking and then brush through at the very end. (The first application I used too much, 1.5 pumps/section. You will need less if your hair is shorter or not as compromised.) Let it sit for 4min then continue on with styling. My hair remains softer longer and still holds a curl! I even like the curl pattern without my usual styling products! I will definitely repurchase. Side note: b/c this makes the hair smoother, my roots are very flat. I definitely have to root clip while drying. Also, others have reported there are 51 pumps of product.

Finally, a product that worked in my coarse, curly, thick, color-treated hair! I would give K18 10 stars! It is very expensive, but you won’t be sorry. Make sure you follow the application instructions carefully, you don’t want to waste a drop (use a clarifying shampoo before first application and do not use conditioner prior to applying K18).

Makes my hair shiny and silky and brings out natural waves
I wasn't sure if this would help my hair too much because my hair isn't terribly damaged. I have some grown out highlights and breakage but I don't color treat my hair regularly. I used this on half of my head for 4 washes to see if it would show a noticeable differences, and especially on the 4th use I was blown away. My hair was shiny, and some natural waves that I have were much more defined (this was an unexpected surprise) and it tamed down the breakage and made my hair look and feel smoother. I am officially in love. I really like how easy this is to use and that you simply skip a conditioner and apply this as a leave-in treatment. Super convenient which means it is something that I won't mind using.

This truly works! I had some damage due to some at home shampoo in hair color that I bought online….should not have used it after the first wash. It really thinned out my hair strands and made them brassy. It’s growing out now but I didn’t want to chop all my hair off. After a couple uses of k18 I could really tell a difference! The cuticle seemed to fuse together and be much smoother! I’ve only had to do minimal trims now! I have fine straight hair. It does take a bit to figure out how much to use. Less is more. I think you have to have truly chemically or heat damaged hair to see the results. It’s pricy. But it will last me a long time! After the first 6 times, I just use it in between as needed.

Wow! Finally soft and shiny hair
I have thick, somewhat coarse and rather dull hair. K18 mad a dramatic difference in the softness, manageability and shine of my hair. It's so good that even my hands look better after using this. This should definitely be used on damp hair, not dry. I'm so happy that I haven't seen little white flakes after it dries. It does not weigh my hair down and in fact it makes my hair perky and much easier (and fun) to style. I love that this is not just a styling product, but that it actually makes the condition of your hair healthier. Beauty arises out of health. I definitely recommend this.
