This is a perfect way to dramatically improve your hair without having to sit through a traditional hair mask that you have to leave in for 15-20 min and rinse out. All it takes is a few sprays ( for my shoulder length hair) after you get out of the shower and wait 4 min while you do other things .. and you are all set! I spray one spritz at a time into my palms (2 total) and work it into sections of my hair for even distribution. It takes less product than you think so a bottle lasts awhile.
