Meh, it's fine. It might work better for you than it did for me.
Based on reviews, I was expecting greatness from this loose powder. Unfortunately for me, it's too obvious-looking to use either as a setting powder or as a finishing powder. Instead of a "natural lighting" effect, it made my face look slightly ruddy or peachy compared to my neck, even when applied very sparingly by itself, or when diluted into my colorless translucent setting powder. My skin tone is in the light-to-light/medium range with neutral or olive undertones (no pink, yellow, or golden tones). I've tested this powder over untinted moisturizer/sunscreen, so the odd peachy glow on my face must be coming from the peachy color of the powder itself. I can imagine that the peachy glow would look great on others, though.

Nice formula but too dark for pale skin
This has a nice formula, but it is too dark for pale skin. It combines with the moisture in my foundation and oxidizes down to an orange color. Would work well with deeper skin tones.
