Highly recommend if you use toner
These are perfect for toner, especially if you are using toner before applying serum. They leave no trace of cotton fuzz on your skin. They are a luxury — I use them in the morning/before I go out, and then I use regular cotton rounds at night before bed.

My Favorite Cotton Pads
Koh Gen Do cotton pads are my favorite, bar none. I think this is my 5th pack. I noticed that this time they came in a resealable plastic bag rather than the recyclable cardboard box. Not sure which packaging option I prefer, though the box would be better for the environment, I think.

I so wanted to love these cotton pads. They are soft. End of positive feedback. They separated into layers as I applied toner to my face. Fuzzy pieces were everywhere. I tried removing my eye makeup, again with the layer separation. I’m disappointed in my purchase.
