Because I've had skin cancer on my face, my dermatologist recommends La Roche-Posay. It's a complete sunblock and it does actually melt in to your skin. It is not heavy and does not cause break outs. I've used many of their products and a variety of their sunscreens and this one is my favorite so far.

Not Perfect For Me
I've been using LRP's Toleraine SPF 30 for several years on my face and have been very happy with it. I live in the desert and just hit my 50's so was looking for a higher SPF. I thought I'd try this SPF 100 but, as with another Anthelios product I tried, I felt like it contributed to minor breakouts. I do like this for its texture and how well it rubs in, but will use it on my neck, chest, and shoulders and return to the Toleraine for my face.

I love to try different sunscreens—-they are really the best beauty product you can use! In addition, I like to try higher SPF sunscreens on my face, neck and chest as i’m prone to discoloration and spots, especially in the summer. I tried LaRoche Posay’s Melt in Milk SPF 100 sunscreen recently and like that it did a very good job of preventing my existing spots from getting darker, and there was no redness from sun exposure. I also used the sunscreen on my arms and hands. I just bought another tube so looks like this sunscreen is a keeper!
