Not great over moisturizer

The finish was a little shiny, but I could deal with that. Unfortunately, it started to pill over my moisturizer. Somehow, it also migrated into my eyes and started burning. I did not rub my eyes. I really wanted to like this. I was excited about the high SPF. It didn’t feel heavy on my skin. Maybe if you wore on a bear face and we’re really cautious about your eyes it could work. I ended up returning it.
